As part of my work I am accepting applications on a rolling basis for our Equity Program. If you are a founder of a startup and looking for a NED and Board Advisor including access to a large network of VCs and Strategic investors, company building and leadership coaching, please apply here.

* Important note: Getting accepted to the Gescheit & Partners Equity Program (GPEP) does not include cash investment.

NED and Board Advisor

  • As part of the Gescheit & Partners I work with my portfolio as a NED and Board Advisor.

  • I spend half/full-day with the company on a monthly basis.

  • Ad-hoc support, when you need.

  • Attending board meetings/advisory meetings.

  • Representation in events as ambassador and advisor of the company.

  • Access to a network of angel investors, venture capital funds and strategic corporate investors.

  • This tier includes cash + equity

Advisor

  • As part of the Gescheit & Partners I work with my portfolio as Advisor.

  • Ad-hoc support, when you need.

  • Representation in events as ambassador and advisor of the company.

  • Access to a network of angel investors, venture capital funds and strategic corporate investors.

  • We spend 1-2 days a month doing office hours with portfolio companies.

  • Represent in board meetings and advisory board.

  • Introduction to a network of 200+ VCs, PEs.

  • Support on funding strategy and corporate partnership strategy.

  • Portfolio workshops (Working with Corproates, Funding with AI, Leadership, Organizational Comfort Zone)

Advisory Board/Senior Advisor

  • As part of the Gescheit & Partners I work with Venture funds, private equity funds and corporate venturing units as Member of the Advisory Board and/or Senior Advisor

  • Joining Advisory Board Meetings

  • Ad-hoc support, when needed need.

  • Deal sourcing and introductions

  • Supporting fund strategy, investment thesis and LP investment pitching.

  • Access to a network of angel investors, venture capital funds and strategic corporate investors.

Venture Partner

  • As part of the Gescheit & Partners I work with Venture Capital funds as Venture Partner.

  • Ad-hoc support to 1 day weekly/monthly with the fund management and portfolio founders.

  • Representation in events as ambassador and advisor of the company.

  • Access to a network of angel investors, venture capital funds and strategic corporate investors.

  • This tier includes cash and/or carried interest.

  • No. The Equity Program is an advisory and board program, that provides you with access to advisors, networks and knowledge. While we will help you with fundraising, we do not commit for investments.
